Jan Sewa Kendra (JSK)

The e-Mitra is an ambitious e-governance initiative of the Government of Rajasthan that seeks to accelerate e-governance at all levels to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability at the government-citizen interface. It is being implemented by using the Public-Private Partnership model in availing of various services of the Government and select Private Sector– organisations by citizens under a single roof using an e- platform. The services are delivered via counters known as Jan Mitra Kiosks in rural areas and Lok Mitra in urban areas.

An e-Mitra centre was set up in Vijay Mandir in 2010. The centre provides services such as Ration Card, Voter I card, Pan Card, Labour Cards, Pension Certificate, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Residence Certificate, Life Certificates, Police Verification & Scholarship forms. An e-mitra operator under a supervisor looks after the entire gamut of work.

Our services

1. Cards – Voter ID, PAN, Ration, Jan Aadhaar, Ayushman, Labor
2. Forms – Pension, Police Verification, Scholarship
3. Certificates – Caste, Income, Residence, Life, Birth
4. Bills – Utility bill payments
5. The center provides the above services, among others.

The services provided by JSK in FY 2004 – 2025 reveals the common categories of services used by people throughout the year including all four quarters. They include Caste certificate, Mool Niwas, print certificate, Jan Aadhaar and Pension Verification.
