Padam Bhushan, Dr. Narayan Singh Manaklao was born in September 1942 in the village of Manaklao, Jodhpur, Rajasthan from which he derives his surname. A man of innate simplicity and humility and an academician by profession, Dr. Manaklao plunged into social service inspired by the fiery spirit of Antyodaya.

Susmita Shekhar was the Secretary-General of Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With more than 25 years of work experience in strategic positions at myriads of NGOs and GovernmenT bodies/associations, she brings with her the charisma of being an expert advisory member.

Seksaria Teachers, Trg College, Udaipur. Leading a retired life. Association with “SAPNA” since November 2013 as a ‘volunteer’,. Administrator Alwar Chapter from May 2014 to November 2015 and Secretary since December 2015.

A civil servant by profession retired as Chief Postmaster General WB and Bihar. Long years of experience in training and management. Volunteered for NGO Sapna after retirement and has been on its Governing Board and as Administrator of Delhi Chapter. He is interested in reading, travel, and writing poetry. Assists his wife in managing her studio. She is a self-taught artist and paints on silk.

Asha Tewari has been associated with Sapna since 2006. Her journey with Sapna started with volunteering at Safdarjung Dharamshala. She helped establish the Sapna office at the newly inaugurated Jayprakash Narayan AIIMS Trauma Centre in 2007 and coordinated all activities there till 2012. Currently based in Dehradun, she continues to strive to help the organization and beneficiaries in whatever way possible.

Amrit Mathur is an Advisor to the Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports (FIFS). Amrit has over 30 years of experience in senior management positions across sports federations, authorities, corporate entities, the Government, and media. Amrit started his career as Secretary Railway Sports Board in 1988 and was responsible for formulating sports policy in Indian Railways. In 1996 he took up the role of Secretary Sports Authority of India (SAI) Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports and headed a team tasked to implement sports plans & schemes of the Government of India.

Sujata Prasad is an author, art columnist, curator and heritage conservationist. A former civil servant, she is currently advisor to the National Gallery of Modern Art, and serves as an expert on the Department of Science and Technology’s Scientific Advisory Committee for Heritage Research. She is a member of the governing board of the Institute of Human Development, and part of the Asia-Pacific chapter of the World Crafts Council.
